The Literacy Council, in tandem with Deloitte Financial Consulting Firm, is hosting a cleaning day on June 9. Employees will be at First Pres as a service project.
They expect about 50 volunteers and are working in 2 shifts (8-Noon and 1-5PM with lunch in Eastwick from Noon-1PM provided by Literacy). Tasks include: painting, general cleanup in various rooms, and litter pickup outside.
Our congregation is welcome to join them and in particular we want to hear from you if something needs attention. Please talk to Cindy if interested in helping or providing feedback.
