Community VBS

August 12th - 16th & August 19th - 23rd.

Mon thru Friday nights from 5-8pm

at Haws Ave. Methodist (800 W. Marshall St.)

For the fourth straight year the Greater Norristown Area Ministerium will offer this community program featuring dinner, Bible stories, the usual fun games, and representatives from over a dozen churches, both volunteers and attendees.

Two five-day blocks of programming will run August 12th - 16th & August 19th - 23rd.

Church Picnic

Sunday, August 11 in the afternoon

at the Meeker's home & pool in Lansdale

We have a yellow signup sheet at the church for main dishes (any hot dishes please bring in self heating container), side dishes, and desserts. Or contact the church office to sign up. Our intention is to make this a church potluck event. Thanks to those who have already committed to helping toward this important church fellowship event!

This is always a great off-site event of food, fellowship, and fun. A huge thank-you to the Meekers for their willing hospitality for the 8th straight year.

NORRISTOWN Night Out

500 Block of Haws

Last year we had a church presence at this important community event to hand out cold water, information for our church, and just greet folks and be a part of the community! Needs for this event include:

• individual bottles of COLD water. Feel free to bring them in ahead of time and we can store them in the church fridge.

• coolers and ice (can also store bags of ice in our freezer) &

• most important, your presence at the event to meet the community!

Accessibility to this event is improved from past versions, so dropping off water, ice, and coolers in the middle of this event is possible. Please just enter Haws Ave. off of Marshall St. Talk with Pastor Peter if you can help.
